Role:
The Accounting Assistant role supports a broad variety of the accounting functions to ensure the smooth, efficient functioning of the Administrative Division.  This role will work closely with HR and other divisions within the organization

Duties:
-Accounts Receivable
        -
Client Relationships
        -Invoicing
-Bank Bookkeeping
-AP Data Entry
-Commission Reporting
-Tool Administration
-Posting Payroll
-Special Projects
-Accounts Payable
-Manage Accounting Software
-Reporting as necessary

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
  • 2+ years of experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly detail-oriented
