Contract-to-hire - $20/hr.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Provide first level IT support on a Service Desk handling hundreds of calls per day  
  • Troubleshoot PC issues for local and non-local users over the phone and remote log-in
  • Provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software and peripheral devices
  • Reset passwords, unlock accounts, adjust computer settings for users, install programs and applications. 
  • Configure workstations i.e. set up multiple monitors, docking stations, email, passwords, printers. 
 
Required skills:
  • Customer service focus
  • Technical skills including: Active Directory, Exchange, Windows, ticketing systems (i.e. ServiceNow), application support experience, etc.
  • Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot routine to complex problems
