Job Title/Description
Technical Support Engineer
Main responsibilities will be to troubleshoot and resolve issues within the company’s software suite of products. Issues can range from configuration and installation problems to 3rd party issues. Employee must have excellent communication skills in order to diagnose and resolve issues that customers present. This position offers exposure to a wide range of technical solutions, as well as interaction with IT Managers, Business Analysts, Operations Managers and more.

  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Visual Basic and/or VBScript
  • Windows products (OS, MS SQL)
  • Highly motivated and a self-starter
  • Ability to learn and integrate new technologies in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of VPN software and remote connection software
  • Experience with shipping or distribution processes is a plus
  • Experience in level 2 or 3 tech support is a plus
  • Firewalls/security experience is a plus
  • Computer networking knowledge is a plus
