Project Coordinator / Project Manager

The Project Coordinator / Project Manager is an IT professional who has overall accountability for delivering infrastructure projects. The PC / PM will plan and direct the project lifecycle activities for mulitiple, concurrent projects.
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Setting and managing project expectations, timelines and deliverables.
  • Assist with the creation of project schedules.
  • Report project status to customers and project team on a weekly basis. 
  • Continuously monitor risks and issues.
  • Document and follow-up on issues, meeting minutes, and action items.  Track and manage the issues log, ensuring weekly updates on all issues. 
  • Coordinate with other departments and 3rd party partners to identify and monitor issues, risks and dependencies.
  • Promote continuous improvement by conducting, documenting, and communicating lessons learned.
  • Create project dashboards to monitor project status, milestones, and issues.
  • Aid in timely response to escalations, issues, and concerns raised by stakeholders.
  • Assist in communication to customers regarding incidents and action plans.
  • Initiate and assist with project planning activities such as Scope Definition and Management, Stakeholder Identification Management, Risk & Issues Management, and Communication Management.

Education:
